Making Payments

When it comes to paying for what we've done, we offer a variety of options. We accept payments by Paypal, bank transfer or cheque. Full details will be provided once we agree and confirm your project.

We will also send you a copy of our Terms & Conditions which set out the contractual conditions relating to our work.

Gift Cards

We offer Gift Cards up to any value (the relevant sum is paid for in full in advance). These vouchers are personalised and printed on high-quality card. They may be redeemed against any of our services - family history research, Family Storybooks, or online solutions.

Gift Cards make an ideal present for birthdays or Christmas or for special family occasions such as weddings, christenings or anniversaries. They are especially useful for situations where you wish to give the opportunity of sharing your family's heritage but may need the recipient's co-operation to get started (for example, access to key family documents or family photos for a Storybook). You win two ways - by giving the gift in the first place and then sharing your loved one's journey as we unlock your family's shared past.
